Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service (ToS) apply to all contracts concluded through the Thribes platform. By using our services, you agree to these ToS.

2. Contracting Parties

The contract is concluded between the user and the respective content provider (Creator). Thribes acts as the platform operator and facilitates the services.

3. Service Description

Thribes offers a platform for:

  • Online courses and learning materials
  • Community features and discussion forums
  • Direct communication between users and creators

4. Registration and User Account

  • Registration is required to use the platform
  • The user is responsible for the accuracy of their information
  • Login credentials must be kept confidential
  • Sharing of login credentials is prohibited

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is processed through the external payment provider Digistore24
  • Prices include applicable VAT
  • With purchase, you acquire a personal, non-transferable right of use

6. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire once usage begins.

7. Copyright

  • All content is protected by copyright
  • Distribution, reproduction, or publication without express permission is prohibited
  • Violations may have legal consequences

8. Liability

  • Thribes is not liable for Creator content
  • Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence
  • No guarantee is given for technical disruptions

9. Termination

  • The user can terminate their account at any time
  • Accounts may be suspended for violations of these ToS
  • Services already paid for will not be refunded

10. Final Provisions

  • German law applies
  • Place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office
  • Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains unaffected
